5. Limit your ambition & material comfort.

6. Be in sync with nature.

7. Never do anything that bothers your conscience.

8. Talk less, think more, observe more.

9. Realize that health is wealth.

10. Learn to discard negative, unproductive thoughts and people.

All the things that you do in life, good as well as bad, can be summed under five heads : for LOVE, for SEX , for POWER, out of FEAR and for MONEY. Sex, power, fear and money never made anyone truly happy. Yet you wonder why you are so unhappy !! 

​When you need mental strength to carry on forgetting all set backs, criticism, scoffs and depression – LOOK AT THE KIDS AND LEARN FROM THEIR RESILIENCE. Children are upset at times, but they forget, find interest in something else and carry on. Seldom will you find a child destroyed by sorrow, but we adults are. Because adults stick on an unfortunate event and forget to move on.

When depressed THINK OF SUNSHINE. Think of the sun dazzling when you stare at it. This will feel your mind with positivity and cheerfulness. Their is nothing as affirmative, as positive, as THE SUN.

SO, LEARN FROM KIDS , THINK OF THE SUN – AND LIVE YOUR LIFE TO THE FULLEST !!

WE ARE ALL ALONE BUT THAT SHOULD’NT MAKE US LONELY.

Every generation is a bit more smarter  and   a bit less happier than the previous one.
