What career will you choose ?  The one you love or the one that promises Good Life ?  Your parents want you to be a lawyer but you want to be a painter ? ….. Dilemmas like this are many and some leads candidates to commit suicide also. Actually there is no dilemma at all.

In a 3rd world country proper evaluation of creative talent is not always done. Even in developed countries there are many examples of artists not getting recognition during their lifetime. Example : Vincent Van Gogh. He was ahead of his time. But lets face it – In order to exist you need money, to keep your loved ones in comfort you need money. And frankly : Living a life of misery for the sake of Art is stupidity because
1. Posthumous recognitions are meaningless.
2. You just live one life.
3.  Great masterpieces do survive the tide of time, no doubt, but what do you gain if it is not in your lifetime ?!
4. Finally, you don’t know whether your talent will click. Remember  Success may have a thousand fathers but Failure is an orphan.

So take it easy. Pursue a career which promises you basic existence and minimum comfort.  Then try your luck with what you love. And if it comes to choosing only one road then don’t gamble where you can loose everything.
YOU MAY ASPIRE TO BE THE ONE IN THE LIMELIGHT BUT THERE ARE MANY BROKEN DREAMS IDENTICAL TO YOURS, HIDDEN IN THE DARKNESS BEHIND.
